Finally, we have a intern and find a intern took us more than half a year. In the past, our company’s HR department recommend us more than 6 candidates, and I just interviewed 2 candidates. This one is the second one and I really like her and she also wants to work in Market department.
According to the employee who needs a intern. The HR department even gave us a train. They taught us how to have a interview and what we should ask. They still told us that we represented the image of our company. I think this was useful and next time when I had a interview. I can ask a lot of detail questions and this also help the interviewers make a decision which is if they really suitable this job.
