Talk about why standing up to people is important and why it’s hard to do.

We human as a separate individual, we should have independent personality and thoughts. So if someone want to control you or do some bad thing to you. I think the good way is stand up to people who want to hurt us, because this is about our freedom and faith. But it’s hard to do. For example, if you work in a company, you boss want you to do some extra work, what will you do? You will do that or you will refuse. For me, I’m hard to say “no”. I want to show my boss I can do everything perfect and I can handle something.
