I have had new manager for 9 moths, and what’s the biggest different of those two managers. I think it’s the attitude to the complain of the clients and the efficiency of the work. The first one also is my mentor I was admired him at first and I thought he was the most generous man on the world. He remember every chance to give his subordinates to get a promotion, and he wants you can earn much more money. At that time I thought I was so lucky to have a boss like him, but after several years I found he was changed and he liked to criticize me. After a terrible experience that he yelled at me in a showroom two years ago. I realized I was just his subordinate and I felt deep disappointed about him. His not as generous as I thought and I realized he didn’t have courage to admit his fault. This also makes me realizing that no one is perfect and no one is as strong as you thought, and the only thing I should do is to make myself more and more strong and everything depend on myself.
