What do you think of the elective system in the university in China?
Cause l take the topic as the subject my law and economics class’s paper studies in,l have spent whole day thinking about it in the past few days.Elective system is issued for the public of good initially,for the purpose of giving more classes for students to choose from and encourage teachers to compete with each other to maintain the educational resource in a high level.However,the fact is that all students in my school tend to choose classes,teachers of which gives a good grade,regardless of whether they teach well.In addition,on the ground of teachers,they know clearly that their classes would be well received if they give the students the grade students like.So they would not expand energy on improving the teaching level.The phenomenon is called adverse selecting in the Game theory.The final outcome is that both the educational resource and students’ qualities will get worse.
