Use the vocab from last class talking about exercise

I’ve been feeling a lot of pressure lately.I found i got neurodermatitis two days ago,that the symptom was also related to mental stress. I analyzed the source of the pressure, the main reasons are the followings:
1. Professional pressure. I realized that I didn’t have enough knowledge of whisky, so I went to WSET（Wine & Spirit Education Trust）’s liquor level Two class last weekend. I will take the exam on July 3, and I hope I can pass it.
2. English pressure. I now need to read a lot of English contents everyday, including WSET textbooks, and foreign whisky websites.I realized my lack of vocabulary, but I don’t have time to learn words, that makes me feel depressed.
3. Work pressure.My boss is very concerned about the reading number of articles posted on the wechat public. A writecopy of my team told me that he would quit this week…
I hope i can find good ways to release my pressure, and to work better.
