Talk about a wine that you know well. Use some of the vocabulary from today to describe it.

Let’s talk about the cocktail which was made by myself of world glass bartender competition in 2014,it called “zacapa sashimi” . I used zacapa rum because zacapa was one of the brand of  diageo  company which was the sponsor of the bartender competition ,I choosed this rum because it taste a hint of chocolaty and smooth, I put cochhi Americano red for sweetness ,chocolate bitter for bitterness,fresh lime juice for sourness,shiso leaves and a little bit wasabi in the drink which made the drink complexity,then I swizzled the liquid with crushed ice by a swizzler which is one of the type to make cocktails.i selected fresh sashimi on side because the wasabi taste is good machable with sashimi, of course this nice drink was got me to the semi final .competition .

Then I swizzled the liquid with crushed ice using a swizzler which is one of the tools used to make cocktails. i selected fresh sashimi on the side because the wasabi taste is good with sashimi / wasabi flavor matches sashimi / goes well with / is suitable with / is a good accompaniment for, of course this nice drink got me to the semi final competition.
