I’m learning walking these days and my personal trainer teachs me. She said when I’m walking I like putting my foots towards outside and move my foot 2 times in one step. Before I never know that and no one teaches me about this. I’m focus on correcting my body shape this year and I feel better than before.
I guess if I learn dance when I was a child I will know body shape and I will have a good body shape. When I was young I used to sat cross – legged, even when I was eating. I didn’t know this was a bad habit and this got a lot of problems to me.
Several years ago I felt my body got tired easily and I couldn’t sleep very well, so I went to gam and found some personal trainers. But until this year I found a good personal trainer and she helped me a lot. I just hope she can do her job best and don’t push to buy a lot of courses.
