The first time I went to see the dentist was that when I was in high school. The teeth were so sensitive that I felt very painful when I tasted some icy or hot food. I felt some needle head stab the root canal. Before that time, I never took the regular teeth check so I didn’t realize how’s serious of my teeth. The dentist said there were 7 cavities in total and he would make some treatment to fill the cavity with some filling stuffs. After that, I started to struggle with my teeth until now. As times goes by, the cavity will become bigger and bigger since when you eat something your teeth will suffer the pressure, the filling stuffs will pass the pressure to all around. When I was in university, one of my teeth was swollen with the inflammation and some small pieces started to fall out. The dentist said it was because the root canal was already exposed and he suggested to take the tooth out. After fully consideration, I decided to follow the dentist’s advice and replace it with a false tooth. However, I was so afraid when I lay down in the patient daybed with the lighting spotting on my face. Then the dentist finished the preparation work and came to me with some tools on her hands. She said “just relax and calm down, it will be very quick to finish without feeling the pain”. She inserted the needle with anesthetic. After a few seconds, one side of my month was numb and I felt it was swollen.
It is a real nightmare for me to see the dentist from that time. I try to figure it out that why my teeth are so easy to decay that 3 teeth have been already taken out. Firstly, I am a big fun of sweet food and as we all known it is not tooth-friendly food. Secondly, I am not used to use the flossing before. Thirdly, I guess the calcium is not enough in my body then my tooth is not as strong as usual.
So now I try to eat some certain foods which can help prevent the cavities and tooth decay and I started to use the water flossing with several nozzles.
