Let’s talk about the traditional cocktail “negroni “which is one of my favorite cocktails, and it was invented by the bartender who came from Italy and was named by the man who name was negroni because he  used to go to the bar and took his “Americano” with gin, so the ingredients are gin, red vermouth and Campari, red vermouth is sweet,campari is bitter and the gin is bite, so it’s good balance and complex to mix them together . The method of mine is change the red vermouth to mentenegoro which is made the drink less sweet and lots of more aromas because I don’t like much sweet and is a good aperitif drink before you have dinner.

My method is to change the red vermouth to Montenegro which makes the drink less sweet and many more aromas / much more aromatic because I don’t like too much sweetness / too sweet and is a good aperitif drink before you have dinner / is a good before-dinner drink
