in my last job my role is like a team leader, i will push myself to talk with client. im the team leader and i have team member to support me, it’s a different scenario with now, usually the meeting i attend currently, i will attend representing my department, im still a new hand so i will feel comfortable. the meeting the items, i think our GM he is a very serious person he doesn’t like to make jokes, he gets too nervous easily so the atmosphere at the meeting is not relaxed, everyone is under pressure. in my previous job the meeting is usually very relaxed, people tend to make jokes, just update, clarify the role and responsibility.

In my previous job the meetings were usually very relaxed, and people tended to make jokes and the reason for the meetings was to update the WIP and clarify the roles and responsibilities.
