last week I was assistant of my teachers immersion and being an assistant which is not only adjust the student but most of the time you need to look after them and look after the students need, like turn on the ac, how they can setup their mat, but all of the thing remind me to be a beginner again and be humble, and im not the special one. and the whole experience, the whole process was great process to look at myself.

last week I was an assistant of my teacher‘s immersion program and being an assistant which involves not only adjusting the students but most of the time I have to look after the teachers’ and students’ needs, for example turning on the ac, helping them setup their mats, but everything reminded me of being a beginner again, to be humble, and that im not special. and the whole experience was a great process to get me to look at myself.
