just spend with family, on saturday i felt not so good, might a little bit sick so i didn’t do anything just stay in home and on sunday i went to the gym to do exercise but i felt i can’t breath and want to vomit so my coach stopped continue so i back home at took a rest. Sunday afternoon I wanted to go to meet a friend but because I was sick so I cancelled appointment. my coach told me because i sleep not well and got up early like just finish my breakfast then go to do exercise so he thought all the blood go to my leg and my body
