we had a meeting in bj with our MOU partner on legal coop we signed an MOU in 2017 and then we want to enforce it in a better collaboration mode and then after we have quarterly meetings we still want to find a better way to enhance our collaboration and then we fixed this meeting in early june to discuss how we can do a better job from both side and what we should support or what resource we should provide from each side to achieve the core goals and then during the meeting 2 snr reps from our partner attended from the meeting and then other 6 working level also attended from their side and 2 of us from our organisation attended this meeting in BJ from our SH office and then in the meeting we reviewed what we have done in the last year and we also take them through the details of the targets we want to achieve in the MOU and the main project we want to implement this year and we also welcome the partners comments and thoughts. then after our sharing the other side partner, they shared their comments on our proposal and update and they also agreed that, they also recognised the importance the MOU with us.

we had a planned bi-annual meeting in bj along with our MOU partner on legal coop. we signed (were both signatories on) an MOU in 2017 and we want / we are looking to enforce / we are interested in enforcing it in a better collaboration mode / a more effective way to collaborate. After / Following / following on from the quarterly meetings that we had we want to find an even better way to enhance our collaboration so we fixed / set / planned this meeting in early june to discuss how we can do a better job from both sides / more collaborative job and how we should support them / what would be the best way to support them going forward or which areas need to be reconsidered in terms of either stepping up or reducing resources provided in order to achieve our core goals / what resource we should provide from each side to achieve the core goals. During the meeting 2 snr reps from our partner attended and / as well as other 6 working level / 6 other staff from their side and 2 of us attended from our SH office and in the meeting we reviewed what we had done in the last year and we also took them through the details of the targets we want to achieve in the MOU and the main projects we want to implement this year and we also welcomed the partners comments and thoughts. Then, after our sharing with the other side, they shared their comments on our proposal and update and they also recognised the importance of the MOU with us.
