yesterday I did hot yoga at plaza 666 at pure yoga for an hour. I feel it was fun. After class I go home but I wait for 2 bus. First is full and I wait for a second bus because I pick up many thing and it is heavy. I didn’t eat / have dinner because if I eat too much my body will heavy so i can’t do exercises better.
