we have a report to do and i have to connect all the departments so i have to connect legal dept with the HR dept account and taxation dept. I need it because our client is going to put the company in liquidation so we want to show him which are the main problems to be resolved before to start with the liquidation so he asked to every manager of each dept to check for that client of the problem that could affect the period before the liquidation. I ask to the HR manager about the employees end-service agreements that the company signed with the employees and the individuals…. then i asked to the tax department because the client has some VAT credit to get back and I would like to understand if the company can compensate that credit with other tax payable.
