Practice have done and did – talking about when you played piano when you were a kid. How many times have you played piano in your life… etc?

I started play piano when I was a kid around 3-4 years old. I still remember the first impression while I saw this piano. “ oh! Is this a huge toy?” It was much taller than my height at that time even my mum needed to hold me up onto the chair. As you known, kid always get weak patience on 1 thing that need to focus long time. I remember the time when I was playing piano, my friends were playing together outside and my mum didn’t allow me to leave my piano.
This situation continues until I entered in primary school, finally my mum moved her attention on my study instead of piano that I could practice less and less.
The last time I played piano was in my university, it was in a ceremony, I played piano and my classmate read a poem in the mean time.

…I don’t know what sentence could use have done…

The last time I played piano was at university, at a ceremony, I played piano and my classmate read a poem at the same time.
