Vocabulary

loved ones – people you really care about (could be family, or friends)

highly discounted items / items with huge discounts / can buy things at a huge discount 

drunk = an alcoholic
eg. he’s a drunk

binge – binged – to eat something far / way too much all in one sitting
eg. I went home and binged on icecream

wait – just a moment / give me a sec
eg. sorry, just a moment Jesse…

everything in moderation – you can’t do things too much, even if they’re good

lead by example – to lead / teach people by doing it yourself and showing them

no matter how much you like something, you shouldn’t eat too much of it 

if their child grow up – when their child grows up

self centered – sb who is focused on themselves (obsessed with themselves)
eg. he is so self centered

fastly – quickly / fast 

if even 1 kid is expensive to raise, imagine 2… / how about 2…

fall behind
eg. if we don’t teach them all the skills they need, they will fall behind
