Vocabulary

refund – to give money back (service / product)
eg. they gave me a refund because the product was faulty

implement – to do sth that has been planned (changes)
implementation (n) – process of implementing

decisive – strong / easy
eg. Liverpool had a decisive win over Man United.

decisive – good at making decisions confidently
eg. I am very decisive in my work

eg. I was watching tv and my husband kept disturbing me. At first, he just disturbed me and it was annoying, but after he kept making noises and asking questions, it became disruptive and I had to interrupt my tv show and abruptly say “STOP IT!!!!!! leave the room or shuttup”. He must think living with me gives him a turbulent life.
