i have experience with many projects so I can predict the problems and avoid them before they happen

why did you quit?
negative: because I looked at my colleagues and they are all older than me, and I didn’t want to be like them in 5 years, I think they are all very inefficient, working very long hours, and I think that’s not the best way to work.

positive: I feel that the best environment for me is one where I can work efficiently, smartly, and a place where I get rewarded for this. My previous job was not like this, and I felt that it was not suitable for me, and not the kind of place that can give me a good future.

weakness: is something you consider negative that you want to fix. – answer the question honestly, but say that you know it’s a problem and you’re actively working to improve it so you can be better.
