with the main reason being that the specification is lower than previously

battersea reach – zone 2 – riverside – central / 30 mins to everywhere

train station – convenient public transport – making it perfect for city workers

michellin restaruants – great nightlife / good families and young couples

mature community – 100% occupied / strong letting market

shops & facilities – unlike other projects

last phase – no more new developments

selling points (george going to school) – attractive to developers & facilities & safety
