I was angry with my staff who is Ashley about the work yesterday. There are many rules which are at the work place . for example ,I am not allow eat at the fount of reception because it’s not professional. We were busy yesterday and every one was tired but it wasn’t not as a good excuse to me . Ashley’s customer finished the treatment and I went to the treatment room helped YingYing to clean and organize the room because there is another customer was waiting for the room . I saw that the bottom of sink has some bad things there and then I realized that it was facial mask. Let me explain it to you why I was angry at this one . We have two different kinds of masks for the facial treatments . One is the soft facial mask and another one is the hot (hard) facial mask and their function is different. However, we need to add some water with the facial mask into the bowl and stir it and we can ready to use it. In the end we need to use a piece of tissue to go around the bowl and then put it into the bin because I don’t want anything to block the sewer . I told her off that I explained her many times before and I don’t allow same thing to happen again.
