I ordered several rugs from my headquarter office long time ago and they delivered them to me by UPS as we have a global delivery service contract with the reasonable service fee. I inquired the tracking number from my colleague and checked the delivery status on the website. However, I found there were wrong delivery address and consignee. I rang their custom service immediately and requested them to change the delivery address. It is not the first time to experience this kind of terrible thing when I used the delivery service. As fast growing logistic industry in China, there are lots of delivery company blooming and they have already become a huge part of life and I will use the delivery twice every week in average. However, the service can’t follow up with the growing development. I lost the parcels several times/occasionally. So when I delivered some important document or goods, I will tick the box to buy the insurance. although we can’t put a price on something, it will be a reminder to delivery man that the package is very important and they will get the compensation if the package is lost or damaged.
Shunfeng is one of the major/primary delivery company in China which is much more securer and faster. They can collect your package within one hour after you order on their app or wechat.
We can also select what we want from huge variety of products online and receive them in the same day. However, it also depends on your delivery address location. I was lucky that I can always receive them on time.
