he believes in me / he believes that I am a good boss. – use “that” and then add a sentence.

the new company’s CTO is my leader in last company. we worked together for 3 years so we did a lot of work together so he believe me can finish the work more efficient so he ask me if i want to get there so i say OK let’s talk about if I get there what we will do. we talk a lot of the things we will do in the future so i think it’s a better job for me so i change my job. i think the good job’s standard is i can do some work. maybe this work not the company’s target or goal but it can effect all the company, all my work partner. i mean I will be more flexible so i can do something make other people surprise. i dont like a job which just make me do a think, finish a thing. I need do some difference.
