catering service / catering company – a company that prepares and serves the food

dishes – plates, bowls, cups (maybe the pots + pans)

cutlery – chopsticks, forks, knives, spoons…

on behalf of – represent
eg. he talked to them on behalf of my parents
eg2. he represented my family in the talks

I’ve been to many as a guest but I wasn’t very involved. For this one, I was a big part of it. 

face paint – any paint you put on your face

wheel barrow – a thing you can carry heavy things which has wheels

python – a type of snake

iguana – a type of lizard

sb goes for sth – they are attracted by it / they want it

Grammar

we should prepare much food – we needed to prepare a lot of food

all people – everyone / all of the people at the wedding
