Vocabulary
Sunny side up – egg cooked on one side and not flipped over
Poached – type of eggs for eggs Benedict
Eggs Florentine – similar to eggs Benedict but replace the ham/bacon with spinach and mushrooms
Scrambled – eggs that are broken up and mixed together and cooked into soft curds
runny – very soft and maybe a little bit liquid still
Firm – soft to eat but stays together easily and does not fall apart
Roast Beef/pork , roasted chicken/duck/lamp
Marinade – to put seasoning on something before cooking it
