Sorry but I need to take 2 minutes of your time to introduce the new consumer welfare project to you. We started to accumulate reward points from October this year. This is the brochure. We reward every dollar being spent on monthly rental payment with reward points. The reward points can be exchanged for products in the brochure. Please scan the QR code to get started on the sign up process. After you sign up, you can exchange points for products. We have a Halloween event at the end of this month on October 28 from 19：00-21：00. There will be some Halloween arrangements and games. Should you be interested in joining us, just let me know so I can help you sign up. Please be advised that seats are limited.
In this Halloween event, we will send 1000 free points only for the tenants who join the event on October 28. If less than two people come, you do not have to use your points. However, each one has to use 500 points to join the event if there is more than two people come. I will ask my responsible colleague to email you and make sure the current points you have.

1.How do I know how much point I have?
After receiving your request at Wechat, we will do the calculation for you and reply to email within two days. If it is a rough calculation, then the 1 percent of your monthly rental is your points in a month.

2.Is the exchanged product sent to my home directly?
Since our office is located in Shanghai Tower，not in the community, so you will be invited to aquaspace club to get the products.
