If fudan university doesn’t admit me, I should know what’s wrong with the interview or which requirement I doesn’t achieved .
If requirement for the normal standard I can’t meet, such as the time work experience maximum and the position limit etc.To be honest,It’s hard to change the situation.
But if i was failed with the interview, I will review and trace the process of the each interview sector to find out the right ways for the next time. For example, I will communicate with the interviewer and get the information which is missing part of mine .And I also will let he/her give me a better advice from their perspective.

If fudan university doesn’t admit me, I should know what went with the interview or which requirement/criteria I didn’t meet. If I didn’t meet any of the requirements, such as the amount of work experience and the level of your position, etc. It’s hard to change my qualifications. But if I failed the interview, I would review each part of the interview to find out better ways to answer my questions next time. For example, I would communicate with the interviewer and inquire about my weaknesses in the interview. And I will also be open to receiving suggestions/advice for future interviews.

For my basic working position is sales representative, in my position, I will set a target to achieve the goals. For example, I will implement a plan for key account and how to drive the business for finish the task in three years. And then if I achieve all the goals, I have opportunity to take part in manager promotion competition. If I take the manager position, I will apply for MBA again and I hope I can learn some management courses and apply in the work from class.
