Why did you apply for position:

1: I like the brand, brand story, history, products, craftsmanship. Brand value is freedom to women; breakthrough the chain/challenge the norm (normal)/ break the boundary/empowering women. shaped like a chain around the neck

2: career development, single brand perspective, use skill and resource to support brand development

3: Because the brand is expanding rapidly in China so I see it is a great opportunity for me to grow with the company.

Biggest challenge/difficulty that you have encountered? How did you solve it?

1: In August, you did some data analysis and realized that …. was not selling well/sales performance was poor since its launch in Tmall. It had be3en loosing money for 2 years.

2: thinking process: I decide to do some analysis and understand the problem. I realized, Tmall was not the right platform for the brand, because it is a premium luxury brand, and customers normally would not buy this priced products on Tmall. Additionally…. lack of customer service. —- offline event

suppliers, venue booking, draft a guestlist, invite the guest, design the event, confirm the theme.

How have you contributed in your position now? how do you plan to contribute to the new position?

1: skill/professional perspective: I have great data analysis skills, I am familiar with BI system establishment, I can manage a one data platform/CDP, compiling data from multiple platforms and sources.

2: network/resources: better engage with customer and improve brand awareness, customer stickiness.
