The guest of 2 might be a VIP guest and she mentioned and she did in-room check in and he mentioned the credit card was taken by the staff and returned to him which might cause some safety issue. The breakfast is not satisfactory he met the a la carte instead of the buffet. The guest of 5 mentioned the checkin process at the lobby is a little bit inefficient.

The case needs to pay extra charge for the breakfast which is not very satisfactory for the report.

We have collected 7 reviews and all of them are highly rated. 5 are 100% satisfactory and 1 is 96. For the pros / For the positives, / On the positive side our good location, good service, good facility, and nice view from our hotel are always reviewed well / are always mentioned by our guests.

I believe the second review / second guest might be a VIP guest because they mentioned that they chose/selected in-room check-in and their credit card was taken away by the staff  to complete the transaction and returned to him after 10 minutes which might cause some issues/identity theft trouble. The guest ordered a la carte instead of the buffet and reviewed that our lunch menu was not satisfactory because it was limited. 

The 5th guest reviewed/commented the check-in process in the lobby is a little bit slow / time consuming / inefficient.  To quote directly ” made me irritable”

Finally, children  need to pay extra charge for the breakfast which is not very satisfactory for the guest.
