I was born in SH/I’m a local SHnese, and I completed my education in SH. I started my career around 15 years ago, which means I’m a professional women for over 15 years. I worked at semiconductor industry, it’s an American company for about 10 years. I took charge of sales support and administration when I was in that company. After this job, I joined JJD since 2019, and I really enjoyed working with team here.

I was born in SH/I’m a local SHnese, and I completed my education here in SH. I started my career around 15 years ago, which means I have been a professional women in the workplace for over 15 years. Previously, I worked in the semiconductor industry for an  American company, for about 10 years. I was in charge of sales support and administration. And after this job, I joined JJD in 2019/I have been working here in JJD since 2019, and over this time, I have really enjoyed working with the/our team here.

Overall, everything is great. I feel that even though we are a very small and young team, we are all very professional in our work. Most of my team members are quite young, I’m the oldest one here, so that has kind of been a challenge. But the upside is that I always feel inspired by the/our/my team’s great energy and everyone is very creative and open-minded so we can say anything to each other. I really like the work environment and our company culture.

Actually, my friend told me there’s a job opportunity and she thought it suits me. At the time, my boss/…. asked her for a recommendation/to recommended a candidate for this job, and she thought I was a very good fit. So that’s why I had the interview and joined this company.

For me, since I have been a professional woman for over 15 years, I still want to grow and develop myself and my career. The most important value to me is that my work can provide me with new learning opportunities and I can see myself grow and develop/improve. and also I want to contribute to the company as much as I can with my experience and my qualifications.

In my opinion, I have never worked with a team like ours. We have great teamwork and everyone likes to help others for anything/and all of us help and support each other for everything. For example, when we have a customer visit, everybody would participate in the conversation/communicate with the customer. That shows our cooperation/team spirit/everyone is very loyal to the team and dedicated to the work and we have great teamwork here.
