There was a story about an event last week. Due to the introduction from my friend, I decided to collaborate with another confinement centre which can cater to our sales requirement confidently. They proposed their competitive edge sincerely and would like to hold a Christmas gathering with their customer. However, I didn’t have any doubt about the performance since they promise me their customer would order something, and their boss would do it as well. We prepared gift, fashion products and fashion styling program, but there was no one buy anything. It’s a contradictory situation if compare with what they said before.

We only obtain 12pax new customers after this event, but spend over 50k. After that, the point to self-reflection is my wishful thinking. I think we need more research to regroup our strategy and plan for next year. It’s an essential way to increase the return on investment.

Obviously, it’s still convoluted whether they didn’t buy anything. Both of them are rich people or married into money. And they don’t look like conservative and traditional. Why?
