My name is Rainbow. I know it’s an unusual name… I forgot how I got this name. Maybe it symbolized optimism and after raining, so I want to have this character.

I will make every effort to hard work. Because it’s new chapter of my work, I must learn a lot about the new work, there’s lots of new knowledge that I should learn.

What should I learn about the work?

What’s your working experience? Do you have any advice for me in my future work?

It’s totally different from my previous work. I worked in a hospital so the majority of my work was about diagnosing diseases and confronting/meeting the patients and doing research. But in the previous work, I can communicate with different departments’ people and I have ability to communicate with different people, and I have the ability of learning new skills. I really appreciate the previous work, because it gives me a lot of opportunity about medicine, so I wish I can take skills to the new work. So I know I have a lot to learn, but at the same time, I’m pretty confident.

Even though working as a doctor was really rewarding, a lot of times, of course, I feel a sense of accomplishment as a doctor… but I always overworked and spend too much time on work. I cannot find the balance between work and my family. Also, I feel exhausted from my work all the time, so I felt it was the right decision for me and my family. I want to attempt/try new things.

Is your work really busy this week? Are you guys really busy over there? Do you have any time for yourself? What do you usually do after work?

I like cooking after work. I know it’s weird, a lot of people think it’s a giant hassle/trouble to cook after the work day, but actually I think it’s a way to unwind/relax from the exhausting work.

Usually, if we’re just eating in our small family, I would prepare a 4-course dinner for my husband and my kid. But on the weekends, I would invite my friends over and cook for them.

It’s different from the Chinese series. If a medical TV series in China, people emphasize the greater good.
