I joined BI March 15th. In the beginning/first two months, you let me study with my team members to observe how they organised meetings and learn from them. And I have been organising my own meetings since June 20, and it was a success. And in these past months/as time goes by, I have learned a lot from the projects I participated in/was a part of, and I have become more and more familiar with the process of our work, our team and also our company. And so I appreciate that I got/have got a lot of help from you and the other team members and I will keep up my work and try my best to do better next year. Next part is about my feelings on this work. I still have the same feeling about BI and our team from/as when I first joined this company, I feel comfortable to work with people around me. So I’m grateful (adj) that I can work with you guys.
