A: I’m going to QD university in 2005, and my major is clinical medicine. Then I’m going on studying in that university in hematology …

A: Let me start by …. I’ll start by briefly telling you about my education background… I went to QD university in 2005 for my bachelor’s degree, and I majored in clinical medicine. Then, I went on to study hematology in this university because I was interested in studying about leukemia. After that, I came to SH and went on pursuing my doctor’s degree in Fudan university, and after I graduated, I have been working at xxx hospital since 2016.

During the work, I saw patients with leukemia and lymphoma and other hematological diseases and gave their treatment and follow up. During this experience, I know the target-drugs is very important. So I decided to change my job from a doctor to pharmaceutical companies.

During my work, I worked closely with/treated and followed-up with patients who have leukemia and lymphoma and other hematological diseases. During this experience, I found that targeted drugs is very important and can be effective. So I think I can help these patients, who are not responding well to routine therapy in a different way. So that’s why I’ve decided to change my job from being a doctor to a pharmaceutical company. I think it’s another to use my medical knowledge to contribute to this field in medicine.

Q: What kind of difficulties did you encounter at your last job?
A: My last job gave me a lot chances to work with a lot of patients and I have experiences about how to treat this diseases. However, I can just treat the patients according to the guidelines so it is not the latest treatment. If I change the job, I can use the latest knowledge in the field and save more people’s lives.
