The product that I designed just sold to local customers about one year ago. But last year, my global announced the product will sell to foreign customers.

About one year ago, the products that I design are only sold to local customers. But since last year, our global headquarters  announced that my products will sell to foreign customers as well.

Before, I just/only studied English like playing games.

Q: Tell me about a difficult day at work you have had recently
A: We have a customer. Its name is Beigene, a pharmaceutical company. Recently, they started a new program. But I don’t think it’s a new program because we had a provide some function to them. This time, I think they just upgrade the function. Just to explain, my company have 4 departments. I belong to product department, and we have PS MS and SC teams. Back to the topic, the function we have finished belongs to MS now, but the function that they want to upgrade belong to PS. Recently, we have a big project that used almost all PS. So the PS don’t want to do the work, but MS also don’t want to do the work, because the MS think it belongs to PS. Then, my boss is very kind. She told me “maybe you can become a BA for this project”, but it’s not my work or my job responsibility. I never do this type of work./this BA role. Why boss want me do this because every project based on product. This project used to upgrade the product, and then the PS will present the product to the customers. Because I haven’t done (have never done) this work, I feel it’s tough. I have to communicate with customers every week. Weekly meetings are very difficult for me.
