Last time I said I was tired of the situation of my work. A few days later I received the news from my manager that he told me I and his other subordinates will report to another manager. Now I’m not sure this is a good news or bad news.
My manager recommended me to work in Kohler and he is my teacher too. He is very strict with me, so last time I said I was tired of my work. I think there are many things that lead to this result. The main reason was our marketing director left and the new director haven’t come. So our marketing president do his job. But their work styles were very different and the new president are more care about our company’s benefits and employee’s performance. I think this is good for company. My manager is a good designer and he also like doing design work. So most of the paperwork fell on me, I think my manager also is my teacher so I need to help him. So in fact, I was an assistant and a designer. Sometimes, I can’t do both of those thinks very good, so sometimes my manager will blame me if my clients complain about me.
