From your notes “this company code (cc149) is out of scope for Concur”, does it mean that Converse Korea will not be involved in FY17 Concur project? We got the news in early March that Elena was taking the stretch role of business lead in Korea, and would help shepherd the Converse entity. It has taken a lot of time to determine whether South Korea is in the scope and finally we got the final confirmation from global in early March. However, the conclusion has been changed now. We need to clarify with you for below points:
• I believe that the previous decision was made on the basis of full discussion and research, why the company code 149 is out of scope for Concur now? Would you please share us the root?
• What’s the Concur project scope?
• Who can decide the scope on behalf of Converse ? Many important decisions are from global now, local leadership is almost not involved for decision, is that reasonable?
