i got up at 8:30 this morning, after I brushed my teeth and washed my face i went to gym for fitness. I spent an hour for shoulder fitness and 30 minutes for running on the treadmil then i had a shower. when I left the gym it’s 11:30. I felt a little bit hungry so i went to a fruit shop and buy some fruits. I ate an apple and 2 oranges instead of my lunch then i went back home and slept an hour.
