My last job was in Akzonobel one of the leading companies in the chemical industry. I joined in 2013. May as project manager and left in Dec. last year. During that period, my responsibility was to ensure smooth migration from local finance team to our finance share service center and to support my line manager to maintain a constructive relationship with our clients. My line manager, our FSSC head, whose style is really like a academic researcher. He taught us some methodologies regarding to not only for work but also in personal life. I was really appreciated him during this period.
The reason I left this company was due to the location issue that the leadership decided to move our share service center from Shanghai to Suzhou. Anyway, I will miss this working experience and colleagues in Akzonobel.
