brainstorm

I joined this company just less than 3 months so everything is new to me. i’m not know more about the company background also the business operation so currently i feel i have many pressure from my work, and today my line manager communicate with me for the key problem. I think her purpose is to help  me to make big progress in current work. during the talk with my line manager i think i found 2 key problems during my work. Because many working experience for me is in the financial service centre, and i work in FSC for many years so I will have some limitation when I perform the current work. i need to change, i need to think everything from end to end, not only 1 part of the whole process.
