Ambitious: I love the Bell moment which means money, win competitor, stronger ability and reputation. For me, personal value and money are very important which make me feel full of energy all the time.
Passionate about people: I build up a good relationship with my clients and candidates./I would like to answer their questions even it’s not about business./ I like to social with my lovely coworkers.
Expert: Keep learning whatever from my candidates or peers. / Be active to attend the industry event.
Inquisitive: I would like to know anything about the new desk, maybe because Aesthetic Medicine is very attractive, I will get information from INTERNET, we-chat, Weibo, sharing with friends or free talk with my candidates.
Also I like to find different ways to find candidates, it’s very interesting to post my jobs in different ways Actually, I will feel excited when I get a supervise call in,

Be kindly and professional to BD client and rely on Hays brand when they question me.
Use Hays platform and recourse to send qualitative candidates within one week.
Less commitment, and try my best to meet it if i give my words.
Be professional in every stage of cooperation.
Share industry trend and information with them.
Post e-shot/blind CV/WeChat AD regularly to develop my personal brand
What actions have you taken to further develop your skills and knowledge?
Time management. Thank you for everyone who sharing their good habits and experience with me in the past 3 month and it really helps me a lot even still has a big space to grow up.
Learn more from some senior guys like peers, clients and candidates.
What further coaching and development do you need to be successful in your role?
I think I need to have more qualitative candidates because it’s easy to BD a client if I have enough good candidates they want.
Longlist/Target list is a good way to manage my candidates in OT.( I still need to remind myself to do it)
I hope to learn more about OT cos I think it get twice the results with half the effort if I expertise in OT.
Further points you would like to discuss:
I need to look for more doctors in the future for private hospital, like plastic surgeons, dentals, eye-doctors, but the searching process is a little bit inefficient right now. any tips ?
For new desk, many candidates are very hard to manage. What should I do? continue or just let them go?
