I twisted my ankle

It is not very serious.
then I am ok but the it is still swollen
I am a little afraid about the swollen is less. / it doesn’t seem to get better

I am thinking about if some movements make very serious my / some could make my sprained ankle worse

I feel a little bit more confident

It is different when I think in English or when I want to write something it is a little easier.
But I need to recognize that I need to see and translate some words and some positions the words in a phrase but not all the time

I think it is because my vocabulary is poor.
The grammar , you compare every language with your own language so I make it with chinese and sometimes I go to the grammar in Chinese with English.
Now I am like a baby I try to learn 2 languages

the book is old so it has many words that now the people don’t use
There are many words and some are common but some nouns are too old
If I want to learn that for what because people don’t use that so maybe they don’t understand me.

sometimes I am not spend a lot of time to study English. I forget everything for days and days so it is my problem

sometimes people speak too quickly and they cut words

when I started to study I tried to understand and now when I am talking to another people who speaks English it is easier to understand but not too easy.
when you start the first time it is too hard before you lost sometimes but them when you go there sometimes you enjoy a little bit more

I twisted my ankle

It is not very serious.
then I am ok but the it is still swollen
I am a little afraid  because it doesn’t seem to get better / it doesn’t seem to recover

I am thinking maybe I did some movements that made  my sprained ankle worse / maybe I made things worse because I was not careful

I feel a little bit more confident / I gained in confidence

It is different when I think in English or when I want to write something it is a little easier.
But I need to recognize that I need to check and translate some words and some positions of the words in a phrase but not all the time

I think it is because my vocabulary is poor.
The grammar , you compare every language with your own language so I do it with Chinese and sometimes I compare to the grammar in Chinese with English.
Now I am like a baby I try to learn 2 languages

the book is old so it has many words that now the people don’t use
There are many words and some are common but some nouns are too old / some words are not used anymore
there is no reason for me to learn that / learning old words doesn’t help me because people don’t use these anymore so maybe they don’t understand me if I use them…

sometimes I do not spend a lot of time to study English. I forget everything for days and days/delay so it is my problem / I procrastinate

sometimes people speak too quickly and they cut words  / use abbreviations

when I started to study I tried to understand and now when I am talking to another person who speaks English / another English speaker  it is easier to understand but not too easy.
when you start the first time it is too hard and you get lost sometimes  / you are unable to follow sometimes but them when you go there sometimes you enjoy a little bit more

Writing exercise

Every day something happen, last week I felt very well with energy and I thought I needed to do cardio exercises because I’m getting weight so, I joined up for a body combat class in my gym. Finally, I went and when I was enjoying it, when my teacher said “jump higher†I did, but I twisted my ankle when my food touched on floor. There was I finished my class. I sat down waiting my pulsations down while I saw how everyone else finished the class. Now one week ago, my ankle painless, I can to walk but my food is swollen.
