one of my friends has been looking for a new job recently. she invited me to her apartment last weekend and we discussed work and life a lot so the current life situation for her is there is no opportunity for her to be promoted in the current company and she has been with this company for over 2 years and she is expected to be promoted to a counsel compared to a normal career development in this industry. after 2 years of hard work, she felt she hadn’t got enough reward from her line manager at the company and at the same time she received lots of calls and emails from headhunters. she had already received 2 or 3 offers from other companies in different industries other than her current one.
