Quality Control – The practice of maintaining quality of a product

eg. A whole division of my company is devoted to quality control.

Business Trip – A trip for work

eg. I went to D.C. on a business trip.

Cooperation – To work together on something

eg. My company and the factory often cooperate.

Rectify – To make a situation better

eg. After I talked to the factory manager, he was able to rectify the quality issue.

Resolve – To fix a problem

eg. The situation at the factory was resolved after a few days.

Grammar

The defects if sometimes I mean the producing is not intact. For example the date, maybe I can tell them the problem, and they can take care of the solution. – One of the main defects is that the product is not intact. When there is an issue, I tell them the problem, and they find a solution.

Check the quality and quantity. If I find problem, I will ask factory to improve. And then I see if they improve the situation. If ok then ok. Then send email to my colleague. If factory they were not able to improve or they do not want to improve I will call the boss to find a solution. Or to see if my company can accept.
