Most of the poverty have almost to three different situations.
1. People who don’t have enough Resources
2. They don’t have a technology to develop
3. No government to manage and tell them how to use it correct.
For example, there have a kind of carnelian in Sichuan Liangshan city. When the jewelry marketing need a amount large of carnelian, and jeweller went to there to bought it, then almost all the local people to dig carnelian. When they finish dug which have a lot of hole on the mountain and glasses.
The same situation is in the rosewood industry which they cut massive woods and sold for other countries.
Unbelievable, almost whole forest was distorted that need a long time to grow up
Above two samples told us, when people was poor, they never think about environment, they just think about how to make money.
So I think the government management is really important.
they should make some law to protect environment and punish some people who is destroy.
Then choose some native and special thing which include foods and materials, and use internet to sell. Meanwhile also must ask people what quantity is allow to do.
The government might prepare some law to encourage which is really poor and to do good things for environment.
In a few words, we need more community and patience with people of poor area, and use rewards and punishments, and give them more training what is environment is really more important than money.
