Before I getting a promotion to a planning director, I served a lot of plan. I developed a thousands proposal for a hundreds brands for kinds of industries, including Coca-Cola.

I helped brand. I give some marketing solutions to CC in 2013 and 2015 in their nickname bottle campaign and lyrics bottle campaign.

And I also developed some proposals for OMO. I helped them develop a brand application and helped them promote this application. So at that team, I think my job is meaningful and interesting. And now I have 3 staff team. My job is included 3 parts.

Firstly I am response for assign requirement and help my team members grow up through teaching them how to write a good model about mobile marketing.

Secondly, I am responsible for some big case like annual plan and workshop for some important clients and pitch.

Thirdly, I enjoy the strategic production of my company and in this 2 years, my company is focus more on revenue and media buying. So I don’t think it make sense with my career plan, so I decide to quit.

And I prefer to study consumer insight and create a creative idea and develop mobile and social planning rather than just recommending some medias to promote. So I think it’s time to quit and explore a bigger world.
