Writing exercise

Last Monday I started the Chinese course at the university. In this two lessons that I had I’ve already learned a lot of words and also how to use the five mandarin tones. It’s seems to be the most difficult part of this language.
The teacher is a young woman from Shanghai. She is very polite and funny and speaks English very well so she makes the three hour lessons easygoing.
We are sixteen people in the class, fifteen girls and one boy. Almost all the girls are Russians, except a girl from Australia, another one from Japan and me. The guy is Colombian.
I’m so exiting about learning mandarin. I know that it’s probably the most difficult language of the world but I think that I will be able to learn it if I work hard.

Last Monday I started my/a Chinese course at a university. In these two lessons that I had I’ve already learned a lot of words and also how to use the five Mandarin tones. It seems to be the most difficult part of this language.
The teacher is a young woman from Shanghai. She is very polite, funny, and speaks English very well/fluently so she makes the three hour lessons easygoing.
We are a group/class of sixteen people, fifteen women and one man. Almost all the women/ladies are Russian, except a woman from Australia, another one from Japan and me. The guy is Colombian.
I’m so exited about learning Mandarin. I know that it’s probably the most difficult language of the world but I think that I will be able to learn/speak it if I work hard / I will be able to communicate in Mandarin/Shanghai  if I work hard.
