For example, OneNote is a better way to sharing information in team; test fest to enhance the communication of testers, and get all testers together to brain storm to do improvements; different FT meeting style, it’s hard to say which one is better, but I know there exists alternative way. As FTs in maintenance team, they can give valuable feedback to FTs/designers to pay attention to weak points when develop new features, that’s called test or develop based on experience. All in all, if most of us think or work extra miles, our product will surely becoming better and better.
