OpenF2F Class Notes 7th February (Jesse)***

Last year I was travelling with my sister around the southeast of asia. Our four first months were amazing, Cambodja, Laos, Vietnam…but when we arrived to Philipinnes our budget had dicreased a lot and we needed to look for a solution in order to follow our trip doing all we would like to do. We had listen about a website where people offer their home for people who are travelling around the word, we started to looking for people in Philippines, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. At first we were worried because we didn’t know nothing about this “charity” people, but we woul like diving (to dive?) everywhere, buy flight tickets and follow our trip as long as possible and this means we needed safe some money.
We contacted with a spanish guy in Singapore who was leaving there for a year. We slept two nights in his house and there I met my boyfriend, his roomate. After these two days I followed my journey to Indonesia but always chatting with him. One week after I left Singapore he proposed me our first date, in Bali. I was really nervous, four days with a guy I only met/know for two days…
Finally, the first date was amazing. Since then we met each other once a month during all my trip. We came back to Spain together for Christmas and then we decided to start this new adventure in China.

I always knew that I wanted to be a Phsicologist. When I started the university I met a lot of different people coming for all around the city and that was new for me. I went to a private school and the people there were too much “polite” and bored.
This were my best period until now. I could met a big group of people who nowadays still are very good friends, I started to discover/know what travel without parents means and of course I could learn a lot of things concern of/to? phsicology.
