At the end of year, managers start give feedback to their employees, and it related with the bounds.
Some are happy, but some are angry. I heard that one colleague complained that she thought she was the one who would get the biggest award, but it wasn’t her. She was very angry and said she would leave the company. It seemed that a lot people aren’t satisfied with the KPI their manager gave them.
I’m not sure whether it’s because of the difficulties to measure KPI, or managers aren’t qualified with their work.

I’m not sure whether it’s because it is difficult to measure KPI because the feedback is given by surrounding colleagues, or managers aren’t qualified for their jobs/roles.
